At what time is perfect to go job hunting?

I want to go during off-peak hours but i dont know when is that. Im planning on applying for fast-food restaurants, and/or clothing stores.At what time is perfect to go job hunting?
Mondays are the best days to apply, it's very likely the Manager will be in. I say mornings are the best time, but if you are applying at restaurants, go in the afternoon, like at 5PM. One day, I walked in and applied at Chilli's, and the manager asked me if I wanted to come in for an interview that same day.At what time is perfect to go job hunting?
After breakfast/before lunch or after lunch before dinner. Before the rushes!
