Depending on your age and with adult supervision you will have to have a hunting license. private property or not. No permit is necessary for a pellet rifle

uh u dont need a license especially for an air rifle. it should be legal for u to use an air rifle but idk u might wana check first. but if not whose gonna find out? and i would also check if you need the license or not cuz some states vary. if it was ur parents i know u wouldnt need one but idk bout grandparents in illinois. and if u need one you'll need the huinter safety course first so i would just shoot em anyway no ones gonna care or find out.
* No not really * Rabbits also have a Hunting Season that only allows you to Hunt for them during a certain time period every year.* They are not in season all year.*
